Albania has appointed the world's first AI-powered minister. The AI female minister has been named 'Diella'. She will oversee all government procurement responsibilities. The Albanian government hopes that this will help reduce corruption. There are allegations of massive corruption in government tenders & public fund allocations in Albania. There are differing opinions on this.
