If women are to be arrested..!
There are many laws in the country to protect the protection and self-respect of women. One of them is to be careful in the case of arrest. According to Section 43(5) of the Indian Penal Code, a woman should not be arrested before sunrise or after sunset in the evening. If an arrest is necessary in special circumstances, permission should be obtained from a magistrate first. A woman police officer must be in the team that comes to make the arrest.
