Rs. 48.80 crore for Netanna Bharosa scheme: Minister Tummala
Telangana: Minister Tummala Nageswara Rao said that Rs.48.80 crore will be allocated for the Netanna Bharosa scheme this year. He said that Rs.18 thousand will be provided to weavers and Rs.6 thousand to allied workers in two installments. He instructed the officials to speed up the loan waiver process of handloom workers. He said that up to Rs.1 lakh will be waived for 6,780 people. He suggested that 65 lakh Indiramma sarees should be prepared by November 15.
