Support prices of groundnut and sunflower seeds increased
The Centre has increased the support prices of crops for the 2026-27 season. The rate of groundnut has been increased by ₹225 per quintal, reaching ₹5,875. Wheat has been increased by ₹160 (₹2,585), barley by ₹170 (₹2,150), lentils by ₹300 (₹7,000), mustard by ₹250 (₹6,200), and sunflower by ₹600 (₹6,540) per quintal. (New rates in brackets)
