It has been proven once again that the right investments in the share market can give huge returns. A tweet by a netizen asking how much the shares bought for Rs. 1,000 30 years ago would be worth now is going viral. A person bought 100 shares of JVSL at Rs. 10 each in 1995. When JVSL merged with JSW, those shares became 1600, and after a 1:10 split, they became 16,000 shares. Many say that these shares are currently worth ₹1.83 crore.
