Don't discuss the same topic for hours: High Court
Telangana: The High Court made key remarks in the hearing on local election petitions. ‘This is not the last hearing, do not mention all the issues. Do not waste time by mentioning the same issue for hours,’ it advised the petitioners. Abhishek Manusinghvi argued on behalf of the government. ‘The Constitution does not say that the maximum limit of reservations should not exceed 50%. The government has the option to increase them based on the needs of the people,’ he said.
