    While small to see Chia Seeds, nutrients are very high. They can be soaked in water or milk for a few hours in smoothies and chia pudding. Sprinkle on salads and soups. These can also be mixed with baked materials. Those who have sugar and BP problems, or those who use any medication, must consult doctors before adding Chia Seeds into their diet.
