Konaseema accident.. High-level committee to investigate
Andhra Pradesh: It is known that 8 people were burnt alive in a firecracker explosion in Konaseema (D) Rayavaram. The government has formed a high-level committee headed by Municipal Department Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar to investigate the incident. It has ordered to identify the causes of the explosion and those responsible. It has ordered to submit the investigation study report within a week.
