Thousands of employees laid off in America
The US government shutdown is getting serious. The Trump administration has started laying off thousands of employees. It has taken these steps to increase pressure on Democrats. The layoffs have started, said Russell, director of the White House Office of Management. It is reported that 7 agencies have started laying off more than 4,000 workers. The shutdown came into effect after the new budget was not approved.
